NK Finserv is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-126555) founded by Nirav Jashvantlal Khatri, who brings 19+ years of total experience — including over 10 years in the mutual fund industry and more than 9 years of direct client servicing experience. Today NK Finserv manages relationships with 500+ clients across 80+ families, built on the idea that most people don't need more product choices — they need a clearer path to the goals those products are meant to serve. We work with salaried professionals, business owners, and families who want their money working with intention: children's education, a home, retirement, or simply long-term wealth creation.
As distributors, we help you access mutual fund schemes from AMCs we are empanelled with, explain how each product works, and support you through KYC, transactions, and ongoing servicing. We earn distribution commission from the AMCs whose schemes we distribute — full details available on request.
Every recommendation comes with the "why", the risk, and the alternative.
We start from your timeline and need, not from a product to sell.
SEBI and AMFI guidelines govern how we communicate — always.
We review portfolios periodically, not just at the point of sale.
Whether you're starting your first SIP or drawing an income in retirement, our approach adapts to where you are in life — not the other way around.
Your first SIP, building a savings discipline, and understanding risk before the amounts get large.
Children's education, a home, protection through insurance, and staying invested through life's busiest years.
Gradually de-risking, consolidating scattered investments, and firming up the retirement number.
Shifting toward capital preservation, structured withdrawals (SWP), and peace of mind over growth.
We distribute schemes across categories from AMCs we are empanelled with. Suitability depends on your goal, risk profile, and time horizon — we'll help you match the two.
Large-cap, mid-cap, small-cap and flexi-cap funds for long-term wealth creation, typically suited to 5+ year horizons.
High growth potentialShort and medium duration funds aiming for relative stability and steadier returns than equity, for conservative goals.
Lower volatilityA mix of equity and debt in a single scheme, aiming to balance growth and stability for moderate risk appetites.
Balanced approachEquity-linked schemes offering tax benefits under Section 80C, with a mandatory 3-year lock-in.
Section 80CDisciplined monthly investing that builds a habit, averages market cost, and compounds over time.
Start from small amountsCurated fund combinations mapped to long-horizon goals like retirement corpus and children's education.
Goal-mappedFor parking surplus cash or building an emergency fund with easy access and low volatility.
High liquidityFor deploying a one-time amount — bonus, maturity proceeds, or savings — into a suitable scheme mix.
One-time deploymentA combination of scheme categories mapped against a specific target amount and timeline you define.
Customised mixAs an empanelled distributor, we help you invest across schemes from the AMCs below — one relationship, many fund houses, no need to juggle multiple logins or paperwork. Alongside these, we can also arrange access to GIFT City (IFSC) funds for overseas and foreign-currency exposure.
*Comprehensive list of AMFI-registered AMCs shown as placeholder wordmarks for layout — please replace with each AMC's official logo (obtained directly from the AMC or with their permission) and trim this list to only the AMCs NK Finserv is actually currently empanelled with before publishing. Fund houses are independent entities regulated by SEBI; inclusion here reflects distribution empanelment only and does not imply any endorsement by the AMC.
Grouped by what they do for your portfolio. We first check which of these actually fits your goal, horizon and eligibility — then talk product.
Stated interest, fixed tenure. Risk depends on who is issuing.
SEBI-regulated vehicles with minimum ticket sizes and eligibility norms.
Cover for your family, and borrowing arranged through partners.
Mutual funds. Distributed by NK Finserv as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-126555, registered in the name of Nirav Jashvantlal Khatri).
Fixed income. Company Fixed Deposits, corporate bonds and NCDs carry issuer credit risk and are not insured deposits — repayment depends on the issuer’s financial health, and credit ratings can change over the tenure. RBI Floating Rate Savings Bonds are sovereign-backed with a mandatory 7-year lock-in and no market-linked NAV, but the interest is fully taxable and there is no floor if rates fall.
PMS, AIF and SIF. SEBI-regulated and distributed separately, each with its own eligibility, minimum ticket size and risk profile. PMS and AIF are meant for investors who meet SEBI’s minimum thresholds and have the risk appetite for concentrated, often illiquid strategies.
GIFT City / IFSC funds. Regulated by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), not SEBI. Resident Indians investing through this route do so under the RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme, which caps overseas remittance per financial year and may attract TCS. Schemes are typically USD-denominated, so returns carry currency risk on top of market risk, and minimum ticket sizes and investor-eligibility conditions are set scheme by scheme.
Insurance. Term Life Insurance is regulated by the IRDAI and distributed separately from the mutual fund business. Insurance is a protection product, not an investment.
Loans. RBI-regulated banking/NBFC products facilitated through our lending partners. Sanction, interest rate and terms are entirely at the lender’s discretion and subject to their credit approval process. NK Finserv does not itself lend money.
None of the above guarantees returns or capital protection.
A simplified view of relative risk across the categories we help you access — actual risk varies by specific scheme, issuer, and market conditions.
Most portfolios we build combine categories rather than betting on one — spreading risk across equity, debt, and satellite allocations based on your goal and comfort with volatility.
Illustrative only — not a recommended allocation for any individual. Your actual mix depends on your goals, risk profile, and time horizon.
These tools give an illustrative estimate to help you plan — they are not a promise, guarantee, or forecast of actual returns.
Same ₹10,000 monthly SIP, same assumed 12% annual return, invested until age 60 — the only difference is a ten-year head start.
*Purely illustrative at a constant assumed 12% p.a. return, compounded monthly, before tax and expense ratio. Actual mutual fund returns are market-linked, fluctuate, and are never guaranteed — this is not a projection or promise of returns.
Nothing is signed before step 2, and nothing is invested before you pick the scheme yourself in step 4.
What you’re saving for, by when, and how much market movement you can actually sit through. No products discussed yet.
30 min · freePaperless KYC with PAN, Aadhaar-linked mobile and a bank account in your name. Done once, works across all AMCs.
Usually same dayA short list mapped to each goal, with the reasoning written down — category, why it fits the timeline, and what could go wrong.
2–3 working daysYou pick from the shortlist. We set up the SIP or lumpsum, mandate and nomination.
Same dayPeriodic check-ins as goals, income or markets shift — plus a call from us when something genuinely needs a relook.
OngoingYou can buy mutual funds yourself on any number of apps, and for plenty of people that is the better answer. Here are both routes, cost included.
Five questions. We’ll tell you straight, even when the answer is “you don’t need us”.
0 of 5 answered
Whether you invested through an app, a bank, or another distributor. No switching required, and no cost.
Four funds holding the same twenty large-cap stocks is one fund with extra paperwork. We show you how much of your portfolio is genuinely diversified.
Money you need in two years sitting in a small-cap fund is the most common problem we find. So is a 30-year retirement goal parked in a liquid fund.
Against the scheme’s own benchmark and category, over full cycles — not last year’s returns, which tell you almost nothing.
A switch that triggers capital gains tax or an exit load can cost more than the problem it fixes. We work that out first and tell you when the answer is to leave it alone.
Missing nominations, old folios under a former address, inactive SIPs, unclaimed dividends. Dull, and the thing families most regret leaving undone.
We look at what you hold and explain it. Nothing is switched, redeemed or started without you asking for it. Reviewing a portfolio you keep exactly as it is, with another distributor, is a normal outcome and costs you nothing.
Book a free callI’d been keeping money idle in a savings account for years. Nirav sat with me, understood my goals, and helped me start my first SIP — and actually explained what I was investing in and why, not just where to sign.
We wanted to start planning early for our daughter’s higher education. NK Finserv mapped out a goal-based plan with a clear target amount and timeline, instead of just recommending random funds.
What I value most is the periodic review — my portfolio isn’t a ‘set and forget’ folder. NK Finserv reaches out when something needs a relook, not just at renewal time.
Beyond mutual funds, I also moved some surplus into corporate bonds and a term plan on Nirav’s advice. Having one person who understands my full financial picture makes decisions much easier.

The things people most often ask before their first conversation with us.
NK Finserv is registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-126555), not a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser. We help you access and understand mutual fund products and may provide incidental advice limited to those products, as permitted under applicable regulations. For holistic investment advisory services, you may wish to consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser separately.
We earn distribution commission (upfront/trail, as applicable) from the Asset Management Companies whose schemes we distribute. This does not add to your cost as an investor — it is paid by the AMC out of the scheme’s expense ratio. A full commission disclosure statement is available on request.
Most schemes allow a SIP from a few hundred rupees a month and lumpsum investments from a small minimum set by the AMC. The right starting amount depends on your goal and timeline rather than the scheme minimum — we work that out with you on the first call.
KYC is usually completed online in a single sitting with your PAN, Aadhaar-linked mobile number and a bank account in your name. Once your KYC is validated, the same record works across all AMCs, so you only do it once.
Yes. A SIP is not a lock-in — you can pause it, change the amount or date, or stop it altogether, subject to each AMC’s notice period. ELSS schemes are the exception: each instalment carries a statutory 3-year lock-in.
No. The calculators on this website are for illustration only, based on the constant rate of return you enter. Actual mutual fund returns depend on market performance, are never guaranteed, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Please read the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of any scheme carefully before investing. These are available on the respective AMC’s website and on amfiindia.com.
Write to us directly at nirav@nkfinserv.com. If it remains unresolved, you can approach AMFI, or use SEBI’s SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in) or the SEBI-recognised Online Dispute Resolution platform (smartodr.in) for redressal.
The two questions people are too polite to ask. Here are the answers before you book.
We’re paid a distribution commission by the Asset Management Company whose scheme you invest in. It comes out of the scheme’s expense ratio — there is no separate charge added to your investment, and no fee for the call, the review, or the planning.
Commission rates do differ between schemes, so a conflict of interest can exist in principle. Our answer to that is simple: ask us what we earn on anything we suggest, and we’ll tell you. The full scheme-wise statement is free on request.
Your number and email are used to reply to you — nothing else. We don’t sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside what a transaction you asked for actually requires.
No bulk marketing blasts, no daily fund tips, no unknown numbers calling you. One person replies, and if you’d rather we stopped, say so once and we stop.
It’s a conversation, not a pitch. No forms to sign, no KYC, no “limited period” anything. You can end it with nothing started and that’s a perfectly normal outcome.
If mutual funds aren’t the right answer for what you’re trying to do — a short-term goal, an emergency fund, cover you need instead of growth — we’ll say so.
One thing we can’t promise: returns. We’re AMFI-registered distributors (ARN-126555), not a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser, and markets do what they do. More in the FAQs →
